Weekend Preview: 1/10 – 1/11/20; Titans travel to Maine for the first time

This weekend marks the first time ever that the New Jersey Titans will travel to Maine to play the Nordiques at the Androscoggin Bank Colisee arena in Lewiston, ME. Friday and Saturday night’s games both begin at 7:00PM.

Friday night’s game will be the Titans first game of the new year and their first in twenty days.

Titans vs. Nordiques Overview
The two teams have met four times with the Titans winning all of them by a combined score of 23 – 10 with all four games being played at the Middletown Sports Complex.

Noah Kane has the most points against the Titans with seven (1 goal and 6 assists) while Cannon Green and Timmy Kent each have scored two goals against New Jersey. The Nordiques are 5 for 16 (31%) on the power play. Maine’s netminders have a combined 5.75 goals against average and .806 save percentage.

The Titans are second in the league on the power play having converted on 30.7% of their chances while they have prevented the opposition from scoring on the penalty kill 84.4% of the time (eighth best in the league).
