The New Jersey Titans will host the Kenai River Brown Bears at the Middletown Sports Complex on December 16 at 7:45 p.m. and Saturday night, December 17 at 7:30 p.m.
The Titans split back-to-back games at home against the Fairbanks Ice Dogs last weekend, taking the win in the second of the two games. The Brown Bears will be the second Alaskan team in the league that the Titans will be facing at home.
The Titans have won three out of their last four games, but will be playing a hot Brown Bears team that are winners of five of their last seven games. The Titans lead the entire NAHL in goals scored this season with 115. The Titans will need to have their explosive offense present this weekend against a Brown Bears team that has been playing well of late.
The Titans are currently are 2-0 in the season series versus the Brown Bears, winning both their games back on the road in Alaska on September 30 and October 1.
In each of the last three Titans’ wins, the Titans have surrendered only three goals or less in those games.
