The New Jersey Titans have announced today that the team has tendered Twin City Thunder NCDC forward Christian Blomquist.
Blomquist, 19, had fifty points (24 goals and 26 assists) in 50 games this past year. The Milwaukee, WI native was an NCDC All Star (American All-Stars).
“I am very honored and humbled to be joining the New Jersey Titans” said Blomquist. “I would like to thank Coach Doremus and the rest of the staff for the opportunity. I look forward to bringing a Robertson Cup to Middletown next May” concluded Blomquist.
“Christian is someone we have watched a lot this past season” stated Titians head coach and general manager Craig Doremus. “His production, size and hockey IQ were something that really drew our attention and we believe his best hockey is ahead of him. I think having the year of junior experience will be beneficial as he transitions to the NAHL. We are so excited to have him join our franchise for the upcoming season. We look forward to seeing him on the ice in August at camp” concluded Doremus.
