Passing the half way point of the collegiate season, the New Jersey Titans are proud of their 80+ alumni playing NCAA hockey.
Friday night saw Nick DeSantis (2019-20) pot a pair of goals for the Cornell Big Red in a 6-2 victory over Princeton, giving him a 3 game scoring streak after scoring in both games against Arizona State the weekend prior. Out west, Jack Suede (2020-21) continues to find the back of the net for Adrian College, scoring his 8th of the season in a 6-2 win over Lake Forest.
Saturday featured more Titans getting onto the scoresheet. Former captain and Robertson Cup Champion Anthony Calafiore (2020-23) recorded his first NCAA point, an assist, for the Maine Black Bears in a 7-2 romp over UMass-Lowell. Kyler Head (2016-20) and Ryan Coughlin (2021-22) each scored for Mercyhurst, though the Lakers ultimately fell to Bentley 8-4. Nick Seitz (2020-21) added his 3rd of the season in a 6-3 Princeton loss to Colgate. Along with 8 assists, Seitz’s 11 points has him 8th on the Tigers in scoring. Joe Glamos (2018-20) scored the only goal for the Buffalo State in a 5-1 defeat at the hands of SUNY-Oswego. Finally, Tyler Sanborn (2021-23) had a pair of assists as the University of Wisconsin – Stout cruised over Northland College.
