The North American Hockey League announced its Players of the Month awards for the month of April and the Titans Jake LaRusso was named honorable mention for Forward of the Month.
LaRusso had seventeen points (6 goals and 11 assists) in ten games in April. He led the team in total points (17) and was tied for the team lead with six goals. LaRusso lead the team in total points with 43 (16 goals and 27 assists) through April.
This is the fifth time this season that the Colts Neck, NJ native has received weekly/monthly league recognition. He was first star of the week for weeks ending April 25 and 11; honorable mention for week ending January 31 and second star of the week for week ending November 29.
