The North American Hockey League announced its Bauer Hockey Divisional Stars of the Week for week ending October 17 and Titans forward Brendan Dumas was named the East Division’s second star of the week while fellow forward Tommy Bannister was named honorable mention.
Dumas had four points (1 goal and 3 assists) during this past weekend’s split with the Northeast Generals. He had a goal and an assist in Friday’s 7 – 1 win, and he had an assist in Saturday’s 3 – 2 overtime defeat.
The North Attleboro, MA native is second on the team in total points with thirteen (3 goals and 10 assists).
Bannister had four assists this past weekend. He had three assists in Friday’s game and an assist in Saturday’s contest. The Clayton, NY native leads the team in total points with fourteen (6 goals and 8 assists).
This is the third time that Bannister has received weekly/monthly league recognition. He was the East Division’s Second Star of the Week for week ending September 26 and honorable mentioned for forward of the month for September.
