Suede and Stoever named honorable mention for NAHL’s Players of the Month for February

The North American Hockey League announced its Players of the Month awards for the month of February and Titans captain and forward Jake Suede and goaltender Christian Stoever were name honorable mention for their respective positions.

Suede had eight points (5 goals and 3 assists) in seven games in February. One of his goals came in dramatic fashion. He scored with 0:06.8 remaining in the game to give the Titans a 6 – 5 win over the Johnstown Tomahawks back on February 4.

The Macomb, MI native has 16 points (7 goals and 9 assists) in 24 games this season. He was named the East Division’s Second Star of the Week for week ending February 21.

Stoever has played in four games since his arrival to the team in early February. However, he has been off to a great start. He as posted a 4 – 0 record with 2.20 goals against average and .947 save percentage.

The Northville, MI was named honorable mention for the East Division’s Player of the Week for week ending February 21, and he was the East Division’s Star of the Week for week ending February 28.
