Titans Announce New MJHL Coach

Mar 29, 2015

Howell, NJ – With the end of the 14-15 season upon us, the New Jersey Junior Titans have done some restructuring in our Junior and Midget Program.  We are excited to announce a few changes that we expect to fuel the Titans program to higher heights than ever before.

For the 15-16 season, Todd Wagenbach will take over as the new Titans MJHL Coach.  Coach Wagenbach is an experienced coach with experience at the PeeWee through Midget AAA level, and he was recently the Varsity Coach at Manasquan High School.  Coach Wags has been with the club for 10+ seasons and is a valuable member of our staff.  Coach Wagenbach is a graduate of Christian Brothers Academy and was a member of their 1996 State Championship team.  Coach Wagenbach is excited to be back at the Midget/Junior level.

With Wagenbach taking over the MJHL team, last year's MJHL Coach Gary Golczewski will head up the Titans U18 AAA team with Joe Guinta. Coach Golczewski headed up the TItans MJHL team last year and led them to a playoff appearance.  Coach Golczewski is a former draft pick of the Boston Bruins and a former Trinity-Pawling Prep School player.  Coach Guinta is returning for his second year with Titans as well, and Coach Guinta had a very successful career with the Titans before going onto play with the Philadelphia Little Flyers AJHL team and Division III Framingham State.  We are excited for these changes and think both will be beneficial for both teams.
