Titans tender Titans Youth 18U National Premier netminder Tyler Franchi

The North American Hockey League’s New Jersey Titans have announced today that the team has tendered the North American Prospects Hockey League’s New Jersey Titans Youth 18U National Premier goaltender Tyler Franchi for the 2020-21 season.

Franchi, 19, had a 2.33 goals against average and .953 save percentage in 15 Atlantic Youth and North American Prospects Hockey Leagues’ games this season. The 6’1”, 175 lb. native of Denville, NJ is a left-handed catch.

“After this COVID-19 outbreak cut our season short, I’m very excited to get back on the ice and try to carry the success that the 2019-2020 NA Titans showed all season long” stated Franchi. “I can’t wait to start” concluded Franchi.

“We are thrilled to add Tyler to the mix”stated Titans head coach and general manager Craig Doremus. “He is a talented young goaltender who played extremely well for our 18U team this season.  We look forward to Tyler having a great spring training and then coming to main camp to compete for a spot on our team” concluded Doremus.
