Titans Hire Sean Cannon as Assistant EHL Coach

The Titans are proud to announce the hiring of Sean Cannon as the new assistant coach for the EHL team. Cannon played four years of varsity hockey at Hugh C. Williams High School in Canton, New York. Sean graduated from Wilmington University, in Delaware. Sean has coached AA Squirts in Delaware and instructed several learn to play hockey developmental leagues for ages 6-20. In 1999, Sean received the goalie of the year award for the Northern Athletic Conference in New York. Sean is also a two time New York high school state champion (1997,1998).  Sean Coached the West Chester University Women’s ice hockey team. He led them to a 2010-2011 DVCHC regular season championship (9-0-2-1) and a 2010-2011 National runner-up title. Most Recently Sean was the Head Coach for the University of Iowa Men's Ice Hockey program (ACHA) the last two seasons. Spent the 2013-2014 season as Assistant Coach with the Philadelphia Jr Flyers EHL team. The Titans EHL team will be lead by Coach Brandon Kape with Coach Cannon as the associate coach. Coach Cannon had this to say about joining the Titans, “I am excited to help the Jr Titans continue to build their junior hockey program." The Titans are continuing to add pieces to their EHL team as the season looms ahead in September. With many key players already signed the team is looking good for the upcoming season. Cannon had this to add, “I look forward to see how the players we have obtained, develop the skills needed to move on to the next level of play." The Titans first game of the season is September 18th at the New Jersey Rockets.
