The New Jersey Titans have announced today that the team has added forward Josh Rule and Levente Keresztes to the roster.

Rule, a Lansing, MI native, played last season with the Mount St. Charles Academy 18U AAA team where he posted 42 points (18 goals and 24 assists) in 52 games. He played for youth hockey powerhouses Belle Tire, Meijer and Fox Motors during his bantam and midget years. He is a 2002 birth year.

“Josh is someone who we watched last season on a strong Mount Saint Charles program” stated Titans head coach and general manager Craig Doremus.  “Josh plays the game with pace and has a nose for the back of the net.  We believe he will be able to contribute offensively for us and be a great addition to an already deep forward group” added Doremus.

Keresztes, a Budapest, HUN, native is coming from the Youngstown Phantoms of the United States Hockey League. He played last season with the Twin City Thunder of the NCDC where he posted a point per game. He has extensive international experience having played with Hungry’s U20 junior team. Keresztes is a 2002 birth year.

“Lavente is a talented young man who I personally watched a lot of last season” said Doremus.  “His size and frame are obviously unique for a young man.  He has experience playing junior hockey in the United States and on the world stage representing his native country Hungary.  We are excited to add his skill set and hockey IQ to our lineup.  We need Levente to help us produce offense consistently and we are confident in his ability to do so.  We are excited to see him make his debut in a Titans’ uniform” concluded Doremus.
