The North American Hockey League announced its Bauer Hockey Divisional Stars of the Week for week ending November 20 and Titans netminder Zak Brice was named the East Division’s second star of the week while forward Dominik Bartecko was named honorable mention.

Brice was outstanding between the pipes during this past weekend’s sweep on the road against the Northeast Generals – both wins were in overtime.

The Fairbanks, AK native had a sparkling 1.50 goals against average and .948 save percentage in the two games.  On the season, Brice has a 4 – 4 record with a 2.60 goals against average and .916 save percentage with no shutouts.

This is the second time this season that Brice has received weekly/monthly league recognition. He was honorable mention for the East Division’s star of the week for week ending September 25.

Bartecko, who was acquired earlier in the week, had three points (1 goal and 2 assists) over the weekend. He scored the game winner just nine seconds into overtime in Friday’s 3 – 2 win, and he had a pair of assists in Saturday’s victory, including an assist on the game winner goal in overtime.
